		<description>Very interesting.  I'd like to know more...especially some details of what this re-zoning committee has in store.  Specifically, who benefits, who doesn't, how will it effect business, what impact will it have on the residential neighborhoods within roslindale, etc..  How difficult will it be to get a project passed the zoning board.  Is this proposal going to make it more difficlult?  If so how?</description>
